Hi,

I've recently started a Druid, and made my way to Hell difficulty. Since I've been playing on Hell, my Oak Sage continuously dies in one hit, no matter if it suffers physical, magical, or elemental damage of any caliber. My Oak Sage spell is currently at 90, which means it has 94.4k health. I assume this is a bug, since it is impossible that the Sage would suffer that much damage from  ONE charged bolt, which has and keeps causing its death. Also, I played a few hours ago and thought the problem was gone, because the Sage lasted the WHOLE session without dying ONCE, enduring many charged bolts, arrows, spears, etc.

I cannot find any information regarding this problem, though I have searched this forum and google several times. I've also tried summoning the Sage in town, outside of it, restarting the game, etc.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Or does anyone know what might be causing it? I'm out of ideas.

Life for summons reroll every 32768 points.

So it only has like 200 ish life which was why it was dying.  No fix since summons weren't supposed to go over that limit anyhow.

I see. Thanks.

If I strip my armor and summon the Oak Sage, he is able to endure attacks. So I guess that's one way around it.

What you can do is have on your switch a +30 or so to skills weapon (using jewels) and summon things. Then switch back.
